Matt made the whole process from the initial contact to completing the job easy. Being a landlord living abroad made it more difficult to find someone I could trust to do the work whilst I am not there. Communication with myself and the tenant was efficient, photos of the completed job were sent and my tenant was very happy with the way the work was carried out. Windows and patio door look great. From start to finish the communication was clear and helpful. This is not the first time I have used ZEN. The Fitters are efficient and prepare everything before they start covering the carpet and even though you know with ZEN it will be spot on they check again before they take the old windows out, which is in my view good practice.

Windows were fitted late 2023 and the weather was awful. Andy and Archie worked inside and out and must have been soaked by the end of the first day. They were always cheerful and courteous and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. They cleaned as they went along and took all the rubbish away with them. 

The front door was fitted a few weeks later as there was a delay on the glass panels. I can highly recommend ZEN Windows and thank Andy and Archie for their hard work.
