Delighted with new windows installed and also the service provided by Zen Windows throughout. From the beginning Paul stood out as trustworthy and took time to listen and explain things without giving a salesman' s pitch. Windows were delivered on schedule and we were very pleased with the work carried out by Paul and Geoff who were hardworking, cheerful and always willing to fit around us and diligent in tidying up. Very pleased we opted for encapsulation of original art deco leaded panes as the result is stunning. Overall highly satisfied with the work and would recommend Paul and his team.

I had 5 double glazed windows installed. Paul visited my house and did a quick survey for the quote. During the visit he answered all my questions and advised where necessary, at no stage did he try to "sell" anything, he just measured, advised and left, it was all done in about 30 minutes.
