This May, we’re marking a very special milestone — our 10th anniversary!

Back in 2015, our founder Paul Axton set out to do things differently. Tired of seeing the gap between what was promised and what was delivered in the glazing industry, Paul launched ZEN with one goal: to bring craftsmanship, care, and consistency to homes across Bristol.

Fast forward a decade and that mission still drives everything we do.

From the very beginning, we’ve believed in doing things properly. No gimmicks. No shortcuts. Just honest, reliable work by skilled local professionals who take pride in every detail. Like every small business, we’ve faced our fair share of challenges. But through it all, we stayed focused on what matters: supporting our customers and our community. The pandemic was tough, but it also reminded us why local businesses matter, and why we’re so committed to serving Bristol.
